THE GIFT OF COACHING

Throughout my 30-year career in Corporate, Executive and Crisis Communications, I was told that I would make a great coach. Why? Because I’m an observer, a deep feeler, thinker, a listener, a communicator and a lover of people and their stories. I value openness, honesty, authenticity and vulnerability. I know how to bring out the best in people, and I did it for my entire career.

In my 22 years at Edelman, I led global teams in the development and implementation of communications and marketing strategies for the divisions of some of the world’s leading technology companies including Microsoft, Samsung and Juniper Networks. I was known for my ability to rapidly build rapport and trusted relationships with divisional leaders.

Prior to starting my career, I attained my B.S. from Lewis & Clark College in Sociology, and spent time living in Portland and Australia before settling down in Seattle with my loving husband Eric. He and I were married for 29 years before he left this Earth too early at the age of 55. Together, we raised two young adults who are adventurers, comedians and my teachers. They help me learn and grow everyday.

In 2024, I earned my coaching certification with iPEC, with a focus on the Core Energy Methodology™. I believe that everyone is capable of greatness, which can mean very different things to different people. The key to awakening that potential is in deeper self-awareness and higher levels of consciousness.
